Katie Perez has been in the lending industry for more than two decades working with agents and builders. She’s helped families move into their first homes, young professionals invest in real estate, and families realize their forever homes or expand their real estate portfolio with the acquisition of their investment properties. She values an open line of communication with her clients and realtor partners. She is a big believer that knowledge is power and takes the time to explain the qualifying process, the requirements and sets the appropriate level of expectation. A well-informed buyer makes a happy buyer.

She has worked with loan programs like FHA, CalHFA and various down payment assistance programs that are popular with first time homebuyers.

She attributes her longevity in the industry to her realtor partners. She values their trust and respects their partnership.

During her spare time, she enjoys the company of her family and friends. She’s a member of the Cupertino Rotary Club, the St. Simon Adult Choir and volunteers at their parish and school community events. She graduated with a degree in BS Commerce major in Business Management from De LaSalle University in Manila, Philippines.
