Jill’s goal is to establish a long-term relationship as a trusted advisor to every customer she works with. Her mission is to help her customers to get from where they are right now to where they want to be next month, next year, and ten years from now. Jill’s expertise and knowledge are the key tools used in providing valuable information for the first time homebuyer to the repeat homebuyer to investment property owners.

Jill has been about building relationships with and bringing creative solutions to her customers from the very start. From her studies in Architectural design, design and construction management experience, and 19+ years as a licensed real estate agent and licensed loan officer, she has honed her skills to listen, to discover, and to understand the dreams and goals of her customers, so she can help bring those dreams and goals to life with them. And, as a Certified Mortgage Advisor, Jill has the knowledge to be a strategic resource for first-time homebuyers, move-up homebuyers, real estate investors, Realtors, estate planning attorneys, divorce attorneys, CPAs, and financial advisors.

She has worked with customers throughout California. The majority of Jill’s business comes from introductions from trusted relationships. Jill has become her clients’ Mortgage Advisor for Life.

Jill is a graduate of the University of Virginia. She lives in Orange County, CA, with her family. She is a volunteer member of the Laguna Beach Sister Cities, an international organization working together for art and cultural exchange. She has a passion for housing of all types. And, she loves the arts, the ocean, and the California sunshine.
