About Richard P. Chalifour

With over twenty-seven years of experience in the real estate industry, I began my career in 1986 as a realtor in San Ramon, California. After relocating from the East Bay to the Peninsula in 1992, I decided to make the transition to the financial side of the industry and I’ve never looked back. Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of clients achieve various home ownership goals – a family’s primary residence, vacation get-away, investment properties, and the downsizing of the family home for seniors. The lessons that my early clients taught me have helped to fine tune the art of listening. The ability to truly hear and understand their wants, needs, and desires, has enabled me to fully understand my clients. As a result, I’m able to provide my clients with a financial plan that fits their needs perfectly. For me, an up, down, neutral, or volatile marketplace does not matter. Clients always have ongoing needs and helping them is always an honor.
