About Kathy Derangi

Kathy started in the mortgage industry in 1989 and has been with Guarantee Mortgage for 18 years. Kathy prides herself on her professionalism, having great communication skills and being detailed oriented.  She has helped hundreds of people achieve their dream of home ownership.   Whether you are purchasing a home for the first time or refinancing your current home, the process can be very daunting and one the most stressful decisions of your life.  Kathy offers detailed explanation about everything you should know before you begin the process of buying or refinancing a home. She understands the importance of having a strong and knowledgeable advocate working for you through the stressful and exciting experience of real estate investing.

Kathy has lived in San Francisco since 1994. She graduated with a bachelor’s in psychology from University of California, Berkeley.  Her passions include, spending quality time with family and friends, photography and raising her beautiful Faun Boxer named Penny.
