About Aisling Ferguson

Aisling was born, raised and educated in Ireland. She came to the United States in 1984 and worked with Olympian Equestrians Joe Fargis And Conrad Homfeld on the international show jumping circuit. She moved to the West coast in 1986 and has remained here ever since. Aisling spent her first 10 years as a top BMW salesperson committed to customer service and taking care of her clients’ needs.

Aisling started in the mortgage industry in 1997 with Guarantee Mortgage and has been with the company ever since. She became a partner in the Company in 2012. She has been an award-winning agent every year, a Top Loan Producer since 2002, and is often quoted as a mortgage expert on KRON Channel 4!

Aisling has lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for 25 years. In recent years, she has become passionate about cleaning up San Francisco by organizing weekly cleanups in the district where she lives; and monthly cleanups along the business corridor. Aisling has bought and sold investment properties in Northern and Southern California and has overseen the planning and construction of two homes. Aisling understands the importance of having a strong advocate working for you through the stressful and exciting experience of real estate investing. Her deep knowledge of real estate and loan products coupled with her passion for serving clients and her competitive spirit for helping others reach their financial goals has made her an invaluable asset to her clientele. Aisling donates 10% of her income annually to charities that are near and dear to her heart. She is a strong supporter of Rocket Dog Rescue; Saint Jude’s Children’s Hospital; the San Francisco Marin Food Bank; Teen Challenge, a rehabilitation center; and EARN, a nonprofit that helps low income families obtain financial security.
